Our Maintenance Administrators earn between **$16.13 - $36.54** per hour. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at **$33,540** per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

As a Customer Service Maintenance Administrator, youll work in a call center environment resolving voice and data issues with our customers as well interface with employees in the field. Youll process customer service order requests and trouble reports, verify customer service appointments and service problems so you can prioritize, route and status appropriately.
What you'll do as an AT&T Customer Service Maintenance Administrator:
+ Receive and analyze service orders and output reports.
+ Input data on a computer while speaking with internal and external customers over the phone.
+ Initiate appropriate actions for trouble resolution and escalate as needed.
+ Contact customers by phone to verify if problems are resolved and to negotiate schedules for maintenance.
+ Dispatch work and trouble information to maintenance forces
What youll need:
+ Excellent Communication skills
+ Data entry and problem-solving skills
+ Basic computer skills
+ Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
+ The ability to work day, evening, night, weekend and split shifts.
+ Qualification on pre-employment screening
