Position Overview:

- Legal team supports a wide range of legal areas, including finance, tax, corporate governance, and more

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as legal contact for programmatic teams and provide strategic advice on project proposals and investments
- Evaluate grant proposals for legal compliance and provide feedback to programmatic teams
- Review, draft, and negotiate grant agreements, consulting agreements, and more
- Collaborate with other teams to improve grant-making and legal processes
- Assist with legal trainings and knowledge management procedures

Required Qualifications:
- . with 4-6 years of relevant legal experience
- Prior law firm experience
- Familiarity with 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) vehicles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
