DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Supervisor for constructing various government projects ranging from $50,000.00 to $5,000,000.00
• Be 100% accountable for the project budget and schedule and make sure that every project is a SUCCESS!
• Manage Jobsite
• Manage the quality control, safety, communication, record-keeping, daily reports, & schedules for laborers & subcontractors
• Utilize using the project management software via phone or tablet

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to provide leadership and coaching for a team consisting of up to 15 employees.
• Run multiple projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000.
• Ability to use transit and shoot grade.
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with onsite employees and sub-contractors.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications with accuracy.
• Be able to work well with others
• Experience in Civil Work and Concrete work.
• Experienced in site layout
• Quality Control
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Construction Supervisor
• Concrete and Civil work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to company values
• Capacity to handle pressure and time constraints.
