Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing of charitable donation/sponsorship applications.
  • Prepare payment collateral for grants, sponsorships, and donations.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for sustainability related meetings.
  • Edit and contribute to Sustainability documents and campaigns such at Earth Month, Responsible Gaming Education Week, and Holiday Community Giving
  • Assist with responsible gaming efforts including audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with IGT’s Community Ambassadors to create engaging giving and volunteering opportunities.
  • Lead volunteer events in Rhode Island.
  • Create ad hoc reports in Excel.
  • Assist in the transition and testing of smartsheet solutions for grantmaking.
  • Assist in the development of After School Advantage Labs as needed.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in Outlook,Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in writing and copyediting skills.
  • Attention to detail is necessary.
  • Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and strong desire to learn

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work 37.5 hours per week.
  • Must have a minimum two years experience working with non-profits or other community engagement activities.
  • Must have reliable transportation and access to secure internet.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $36,000 - $43,680. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
