You’ll use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people. You’ll have ample opportunities to partner with leaders from multiple groups across the firm to help them answer their most important talent questions. You’ll work on a range of people analytics projects related to recruiting and talent assessment, development, management, and retention.
Who we’re looking for- A bachelor’s degree or higher and one to four years of relevant work experience analyzing data in a business setting are required.
- Candidates should be proficient at calculating inferential statistics using scripting languages such as R or Python; advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate SQL skills are preferred.
- A willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively, and drive projects to completion is crucial, as is the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- The ability to connect insights to strategic goals and tell a compelling story through clear, concise, and visually pleasing summaries is key to supporting our executive audience.
- Individuals who are curious and adept at using data to solve business problems will excel in this role.
- People analytics experience is preferred but not required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $125,000 to $175,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, a relocation bonus, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
