Business Development Director - #1335738

Playrix is one of the most successful mobile game developers in the world. In terms of revenue, we rank among the top 3 in the world and are first among all mobile applications in EMEA. Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population!) and over 30 million people play them every day.

We're looking for a strong negotiator with a portfolio of successful major deals and fluent English to strengthen our team. You'll maintain relationships with our key partners and represent the company on the international market.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).

Tasks

• Developing and maintaining relationships with platforms and various partners, including marketing partners
• Searching for, assessing, and establishing new partnerships
• Participating in strategic business development
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (development, marketing, finance, legal) to implement initiatives with our partners

Requirements

• Successful experience working with partners in the video game and/or mobile application market
• 5+ years of experience in business development
• 3+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or monetization
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (PR, development, marketing, finance, legal, etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills in Russian and English (minimum Advanced level of fluency)
• Experience in business analytics is preferred
