Key Responsibilities:
- Verify contract specifications are met to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections and follow-up to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide training and direction to custodial employees.
- Minimum 2 years of custodial operations experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; Spanish communication is preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform tasks.
- Potential for long-term employment.
