Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients As a Branch Health Metrics and Reporting Product Manager in our Branch Workplace Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in innovating new product offerings and overseeing the entire product life cycle. You will act as the customer's voice, developing profitable products that deliver value. Leveraging your deep understanding of product launch strategies, you will guide successful product introductions, gather critical feedback, and ensure superior client experiences. Additionally, you will manage and develop multi-user Tableau dashboards, providing proactive monitoring and visibility of technology capabilities and issues across our branch network

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy flexible and easily adaptive reports and dashboards using Tableau in an iterative and continuous delivery development cycle.
  • Defines requirements, and prioritizes delivery in order to maximize the business value of the investment.
  • Hands-on management of a product backlog including story refinement and ranking, daily participation in all Scrum events
  • Lead end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including Tableau setup, data integration, research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users, stakeholders, Design, and Technology.
  • Effectively guide teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, risks are addressed and status measured, and deliveries are successful.
  • Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with our Branch colleagues to understand and address their needs and concerns as well as other delivery partners across the business, technology, design and other functions.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Tableau Developer with strong ETL and SQL Background, the ideal candidate should be able to refine requirements and create solutions to support the data and analytics needs of our branch colleagues.
  • Ability to query and display large data sets using SQL while maximizing the performance of workbook.
  • A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
  • 6+ years of Software Engineering experience and Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Experience with Tableau deployments and infrastructure, administration tools and with data analysis, creating visualizations, creating dashboards using Tableau
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and working experience in relational and dimensional modeling is required.
  • Extensive experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations – with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions, sometimes without formal authority.
  • Excellent leadership skills – of product, programs, projects, teams and employees – with demonstrated track record for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Understanding of and ability to work within Agile methodology, Scrum Product Owner certification a plus.
