Join this locally owned, well established construction management and development company specializing in publicly funded, commercial, and residential builds and remodels. This is a family-oriented team that takes pride in our work and values collaboration. We're in search of an Office Manager to help keep our operations smooth and efficient. This role is vital for managing our office functions and supporting our project teams by handling bookkeeping, payroll, and managing insurance policies. This role has frequent phone and email interaction with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Compensation:
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Purchase office supplies and coordination with service providers.
- Handle comprehensive financial tasks including preparing financial statements, managing accounts receivable/payables, invoicing, and payroll.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Work closely with the leadership team, providing accounting and administrative support
Desired Profile
- Previous office management experience, construction industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
- Able to use Excel to create financial reports
- Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
- Understanding of basic accounting and financial practices.
- A proactive team player who's ready to jump in and help where needed.
