The Retail Sales Lead coordinates store operations, supporting and training both stockers and cashiers. Assign the day’s work tasks to the Retail Sales Workers; ensuring all preparations are completed in advance for the day ahead and that the team is on task for delivering superior guest service. Retail Sales Worker Leads are expected to serve as an example for the Retail Sales Workers to aspire to; continually going above and beyond, delivering outstanding customer service, and successfully resolving any guest situations that may arise. Furthermore, they will maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
