Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is looking for an experienced Publicly Supported Housing Contract Preservation (PuSH-CP) Program Analyst 4. This candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the collective portfolios for OHCS, USDA Rural Development (RD), and HUD project-based rental assistance. The ability to preserve existing affordable housing stock in Oregon is very important to Oregon’s affordable housing community. PuSH-CP intersects with other federal and state affordable housing programs. The PuSH-CP Program Manager will collaborate with other internal staff and program managers, as well as external stakeholders, public and private lenders, federal and state governmental units, community organizations, and additional preservation-directed entities to develop creative solutions to program feasibility, with careful consideration to conflicting laws and regulations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and five years experience coordinating or administering a program

- Extensive knowledge of Affordable Rental Housing Programming
- Experience proactively administering programs, constantly setting priorities involving their time and attention
- Ability to interpret and implement new programmatic regulations and changes in regulations in a timely manner
- Provide attention to detail, handle multiple priorities and projects while staying in compliance with program policy and regulations
- Ability to understand and coordinate local, state, federal requirements and understand multiple complex housing programs are required
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated awareness of race and social justice, including the ability to positively influence equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace
