We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Call Center Manager to join its award-winning team! You will be leading our expanding team of appointment setters from our Springfield, MO headquarters. You will promote exceptional customer satisfaction, enhance/develop our customized call scripts to accommodate internal lead campaigns and set appointments, along with develop and implement call strategies and initiatives to enhance efficiencies, grow lead base and increase appointments. In this role, we will look to you to monitor performance goals and objectives and hold employees accountable to department standards, motivate and educate our employees to deliver on departmental performance goals and maintain call center staff through recruiting, hiring, orienting and training.

- Please bring a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a call center and/or telemarketing environment along with 2-3 years' department managerial experience
- Must have experience in hiring and training new staff members.
- Ability to establish goals for employees to follow.
- Experience monitoring challenges and working to motivate team members.
- Experience with creating and implementing operational strategies.
- BA Degree in Communications, Business or related field is desired.
- Must illustrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to sit for an extended period of time.
