position will be based in Denver, CO. The
hourly rate for this position is $29.93 per hour, shift differential and Sunday premium available. Mai
n responsibilities •
C
- sely monitor the dairy production process and follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products. • M
- ntain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production. • E
- ure all required information is documented in accordance with Federal, State, and Company Laws/Policies. • M
- itor fats, total solids, allergens, and other related items as they associate with processing dairy products. • M
- ntain sanitation of equipment including CIP & hand cleaning. • O
- rate and clean equipment with a sense of urgency to maximize throughput and minimize downtime. • A
- lyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot. • F
- low Good Manufacturing Practices. • F
- low all required work safe practices. • R
- ponsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area. • R
- ort any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. • P

- vious dairy experience is preferred but not required. • M
