hourly rate for this position is $29.93 per hour, shift differential and Sunday premium available. Mai

n responsibilities •
C

• sely monitor the dairy production process and follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products. • M
• ntain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production. • E
• ure all required information is documented in accordance with Federal, State, and Company Laws/Policies. • M
• itor fats, total solids, allergens, and other related items as they associate with processing dairy products. • M
• ntain sanitation of equipment including CIP & hand cleaning. • O
• rate and clean equipment with a sense of urgency to maximize throughput and minimize downtime. • A
• lyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot. • F
