Detailed Job Description for L2 Production Support at Tampa, FL:

• 4 to 5 years of IT experience with Level 2 Application Production support, ITIL
• Primary Technical Skills - Unix/Linux, Unix scripting, Oracle SQL, Autosys, Excellent Communication Skills, Confidence
• Tools: ITRS, Autosys, Service Now, uDeploy
• Domain Knowledge: Banking

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent knowledge on Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Change Review/Deployment, COB Management
• Ability to engage a large audience and lead the discussion with clear, articulate, and highly assertive communication and experience tracking issues through tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Good coordination between various infra/TI teams OR dev partners
• Quick turnaround time for solving any issue.
• Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications.
• Good debugging and analytical skills
• Must be very good in communication.

Good to have Skills:

• Exposure or high-level understanding of cloud computing platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, container management and Previous experience of Site Reliability Engineering concepts is nice to Have.
• Experience with log aggregation tools such as ELK/Splunk is preferred, experience with Dashboard/reporting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Tableau are desirable.
