Job Description Part-Time Retail Team Member Location Glenwood Springs, CO :

Looking for a Retail Sales Team Member to join this fast-paced, award winning team. Approximately 12-16 hours/week. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude, energetic pace and willingness to learn will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks and cooler are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Able to lift 30+ pounds.
• Be comfortable wearing a face mask during entire shift when necessary.
• Be focused, timely, honest, dependable and hard-working.
• Possess basic math and cash handling skills
• Present references
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Retail Sales experience a HUGE plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
