Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide crucial support to our CEO with a variety of administrative and executive tasks. You will handle information requests, draft correspondences, prepare presentations, and coordinate meetings. This role requires high-level skills in information management and the ability to work with independence and precision.

This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work, requiring presence in the office at least once a week, with flexibility depending on organizational needs and special events. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team.

Prepare and coordinate logistics for site visits and internal/external meetings.

Assist in organizing Board of Directors meetings and maintain documentation.

Take initiative on administrative tasks and support long-term organizational projects.

Qualifications And Requirements

B.A. degree with 1-3 years of administrative or project management experience or a High School Diploma with 5+ years in a similar role.

Experience In a Non-profit Or Youth-serving Organization Is Preferred.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a willingness to work collaboratively.

Availability for occasional travel, evening, and weekend work as needed.
