Job Summary
The Project Manager I is responsible for business and data analysis, project planning and support for organizational projects. Will implement evaluation and analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning for new projects. Provides executive level administrative and support functions to their direct report and interacts with CHOC associates, management, outside consultants and vendors.
Pay Range
Minimum $84,567 Midpoint $112,042 Maximum $139,538
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience
- Required: Minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience. Two (2) years of business and/or financial analysis experience.
- Preferred: Previous healthcare experience.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred: Six Sigma Project Management Professional (PMP) credential Business Analyst Certification (CBAP or PBA).
- Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and MS Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards; care with sensitivity and respect; promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations. Ability to think critically, work independently, manage multiple assignments, compose relevant written presentations; work well under pressure, problem solve, organize and prioritize workload, recall information with accuracy, be attentive to detail. Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others, provide leadership, be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies, work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure, lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate and accept direction.
- Preferred: Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Project Server 2013.
- Required: None Required
- Preferred: RHIT – American Health Information Management Association; RHIA – American Health Information Management Association.
