Your Role
As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from complex data sources to support organizational decision-making and enhance performance. You'll utilize advanced analytic methods to interpret trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Specific Duties
Conduct routine and exploratory analysis to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Apply advanced analytical techniques to generate insights on key performance drivers, correlations, and historical trends.
Produce clear and impactful BI reports and data visualizations to aid decision-making and promote understanding of key issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and effectiveness of reporting mechanisms.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements in healthcare analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field with a focus on quantitative analysis.
3-5 years of experience in analysis and reporting within a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory or primary care environment.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and healthcare data concepts.
Experience working in a clinical or health center environment is preferred.
