Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity as a Receptionist that will be stationed in Bellevue, Washington. The primary function of the role is to act as the first point of contact at the front desk, managing the reception area, handling mail, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact at the front desk, providing excellent service to all visitors and staff
• Responsible for opening and closing the door, ensuring the security and safety of the office
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is properly sorted and distributed
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Utilize computer systems for administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the office
• Manage any issues or inquiries that arise at the front desk, providing timely and effective solutions
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times
• Collaborate with other team members on administrative projects as required
  
  

Requirements

• Previous Front Desk and/or Reception experience required
• Proficient in Multi-line Phone Systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Enjoys working with people
• Ability to work independently
• High degree of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
• Strong customer service orientation
