As a Human Resources Administrator, you'll play a key role in enhancing our team's capabilities and ensuring a supportive workplace environment. This role is initially available as a temporary 2-3 month project, with potential for extension.

About The Role

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will:

Administer various employee benefit programs including group insurance, flexible spending accounts, dependent care accounts, and 403(b).

Maintain accurate employee records and benefits information, processing changes in HR systems as soon as they are reported.

Manage leave programs and paid time off, ensuring policies are upheld and records are kept up-to-date.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing orientation and explanation of benefits, as well as company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, staying current with new legislation and HR trends.

Assist with recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.

Prepare regular and special reports as needed, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

What You'll Need

2-3 years of related experience in Human Resources.

A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with legal standards.

Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), ATS systems, and HRIS systems.

A high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
