About The Job

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator. As an integral member of the team you will assist in all aspects of digital press outreach across all categories (Women’s, Men’s, Watches & Jewelry, Corporate & Celebrity initiatives) for national and regional North American online Media. The coordinator will develop and implement digital strategies surrounding key global/local initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders.

Commercial Mindset

• Strategize and pitch products/initiatives and determine timing & execution for online press.
• Identify key commercial products in conjunction with PR and Merchandising teams to build all seasonal and holiday gift guides throughout the year.
• Create and execute robust actions plans to secure digital feature stories surrounding key product launches.
  
  

Innovation

• Increase digital press coverage across all key outlets with focus on DMR ranked online publications.
• Work to establish and strengthen relations with online/digital press (both national and regional media).
• Lead all aspects of the capturing and monitoring of digital press coverage across all categories (Women’s, Men’s, Corporate, Watches & Jewelry, & Celebrity).
• Create and manage a master digital pitch calendar encompassing product launches across all categories.
  
  

We are eager to speak to professionals who possess experience in Public Relations/ Communications. In addition, the ideal candidate has the ability to work independently, outstanding time management and problem solving skills, is detail oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and digitally savvy.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $28.00- $30.00 per hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
