We need a Part-time maintenance hours: average of 20 to 30 hours per week

  • Valid state drivers’ license
  • Energetic and customer service driven
  • Completing service requests
  • Knowledge of painting, light electrical work, light plumbing work, and drywall repair.
  • Basic hand tools experience
  • Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
  • Self motivated and able to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
  • General maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
