We need a Part-time maintenance hours: average of 20 to 30 hours per week
- Valid state drivers’ license
- Energetic and customer service driven
- Completing service requests
- Knowledge of painting, light electrical work, light plumbing work, and drywall repair.
- Basic hand tools experience
- Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
- Self motivated and able to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
- General maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
