Job Overview
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to play a key role in our Net Zero team. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel, making an impact from wherever you call home.
Responsibilities & Duties
Lead the deployment of innovative materials with our construction partners
Craft compelling RFPs that prioritize carbon reduction goals
Monitor and report on implementation progress to ensure successful adoption
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain internal tracking systems
Provide technical and administrative support to our Sustainability team
Engage with supply chain partners, analyze RFPs, and conduct outreach
Identify opportunities for low-carbon material deployment and collaborate with partners to implement and track usage
Work closely with construction contractors to understand and implement sustainability strategies
Analyze existing RFP language and make recommendations for more sustainable practices
Oversee RFP changes and report progress to key stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
7+ years of experience in environmental compliance and sustainability, ideally with a focus on large-scale construction projects
Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations, standards, and best practices
Experience in contract management, including negotiation and administration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
