Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Behavioral Health Recruiter to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of recruitment experience in behavioral health or healthcare, ideally within a staffing agency context. This role offers significant flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work remotely from Arizona, Utah, or Georgia.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and craft targeted recruitment strategies.

Efficiently source, screen, and interview candidates to determine their capabilities, cultural fit, and suitability for roles.

Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and personal referrals.

Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to negotiation of offers and candidate onboarding.

Keep meticulous records of candidate interactions and statuses within our applicant tracking system.

Deliver outstanding candidate care and foster a positive recruitment experience.

Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging best practices, and compliance requirements in behavioral health recruitment.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for behavioral health or healthcare, specifically in roles such as clinical, counseling, or therapy.

Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets and objectives.

In-depth knowledge of behavioral health terminology, licensing requirements, and sector-specific challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to independently manage work in a remote setting, prioritizing tasks and maintaining productivity.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment software.
