Description Personal Assistant As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support to executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. Your role involves ensuring efficient operations and facilitating smooth communication between executives and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Assist with personal tasks, such as running errands, managing household needs, and organizing personal appointments. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and other events. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items. Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by executives. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Skills & Abilities: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
