WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER In the role of Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Tarragon Property Services, you play a pivotal part in supporting the maintenance supervisor and overseeing the on-site maintenance team. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing various issues, conducting preventative maintenance, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with high company standards. You respond to work orders, coordinate with contractors, and uphold excellent service for tenants. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER?
