Enumerate is looking for a Payments Implementation Consultant to grow our team! We are looking to enrich our team with a Payments Implementation Consultant who brings not just familiarity with our products, but deep expertise in digital payments and adoption. Your profound knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows will be critical in fostering digital payment adoption among both new and existing customers. As a trusted advisor, you will empower clients to fully utilize our platform, guiding them through a seamless transition to automated solutions that boost efficiency and growth. In this role, you will spearhead the onboarding process, closely collaborating with our Software Onboarding Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, as well as other payment experts. Your mission will be to play a pivotal role in educating clients on effective software utilization, sharing best practices, and providing ongoing support throughout their implementation journey. This full-time, salaried position is open to candidates based in the CST/EST time zones, with a salary range of $55,000-65,000. The role is entirely remote, with potential quarterly travel for team-building activities. Who will love this job

You should have Required: 1+ years of proven experience working as an implementation consultant and an understanding of how payments work and are implemented.

Required: Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to speak confidently in front of a group. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software a plus. Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings. Ability to work in the US without sponsorship. Responsibilities What you’ll do Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments. Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions. Once live, continue to engage with the customers over next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions.

Monitor transaction penetration over 90 days via monthly reporting. Responsible for obtaining key metrics that have been identified for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support. Educating clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Partner with Payments Operations for regular transactional processes and reporting needs. Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization. Own the effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while the customer is in Onboarding. Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process. Meeting digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager as well as schedule meetings directly with clients to move the projects forward.
