Description About the Role: As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative at Lift Forward Direct, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately entering and maintaining data records. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Accurately input and update customer information into the database. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education is a plus.
