  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Handle travel inquiries and requests from clients, responding promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as email correspondence, calendar management, and data entry, to ensure efficient operations.
