This position requires performance of basic clerical tasks, which includes managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. Key responsibilities

• Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing
• Administer proper guidelines to arrange high volumes of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents according to specific guidelines
• Liaise with departments and employees as part of gathering and indexing materials for filing
• Field and answer questions about records and files
• Help employees complete diverse projects as necessary
• Retrieving data within allotted time frames
• Word processing, filing, scanning, archiving and faxing
  
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
• Experience with Word and Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prepared to handle office equipment
• At least 2+ years of File Clerk experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
