Key Responsibilities

As a crucial member of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate and oversee assembly, testing, and inspection activities.
  • Plan work assignments based on priority and skill levels.
  • Evaluate worker performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain quality standards and oversee the review of operational records.
  • Manage tool requisitions and work orders efficiently.
  • Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and discretion in representing the company.
  • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional project teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives with thorough documentation and follow-up reviews.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to problem-solve under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Willingness to support a global business operation as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and WebEx conferencing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Must Have

  • 4-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
  • At least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Ability to support 24/7 global business operations.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and WebEx conferencing.
  • Experience in contract manufacturing.
  • Understanding and application of continuous improvement tools.
