Key Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our team, you will:
- Coordinate and oversee assembly, testing, and inspection activities.
- Plan work assignments based on priority and skill levels.
- Evaluate worker performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain quality standards and oversee the review of operational records.
- Manage tool requisitions and work orders efficiently.
- Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and discretion in representing the company.
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional project teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with thorough documentation and follow-up reviews.
- 7 to 10 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
- At least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to problem-solve under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Willingness to support a global business operation as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and WebEx conferencing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
- At least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Ability to support 24/7 global business operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and WebEx conferencing.
- Experience in contract manufacturing.
- Understanding and application of continuous improvement tools.
