- Support the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of agency wide-area networks (WANs) and local-area networks (LANs).
- Assist in designing and managing the WAN infrastructure and any processes related to the WAN.
- Provide production support of the network, including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution client networks.
- Maintain efficient functional systems, networks and communication connectivity for all users, keeping current on new developments for all assigned areas, including continually performing feasibility studies on how new products/technology would fit into existing system/WAN/LAN infrastructures and developing implementation plans for the changes/upgrades.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Associates degree in relevant field
- CCNA or SEC + or CCDA or CCDP or IAT I
- TS/SCI
- Full Time
- One location – Fayetteville, NC
- Up to 10% travel during the year.
