We are currently in search of an Associate Attorney to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent position offering an exceptional opportunity to engage in business and civil litigation matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in business or civil litigation matters.
Active membership in the Kentucky state bar in good standing.
Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying intricate legal concepts clearly and effectively.
Proven negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Exemplary professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
Proficiency in legal research software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
