Reports to

Paint Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare painting materials and product for paint applications
  • Paint sheet metal and fabricated components
  • Complete required documentation in-line with quality requirements
  • Support continuous improvement activities for the department
  • Inventory work-in-progress (WIP)
  • Support supplies inventory turns to reduce waste
  • Other ad hoc duties to support business objectives as required

Basic Qualification

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • One (1) year of experience painting

Preferred Qualifications

  • ERP/ MRP experience w/ Epicor
  • Experience painting fabrications for Aerospace
  • Five (5) years of experience
