The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will center on managing ApartmentIQ's social channels, including LinkedIn, subsidiary pages, and key leadership accounts. Your primary objectives will be to bolster brand visibility, engage our target audience, and cultivate business opportunities. Additionally, you'll play a key role in orchestrating and overseeing our diverse range of events, including conferences, customer engagements, and internal functions.

This position presents a unique chance to drive meaningful impact within a dynamic organization, contributing to the success of our outreach, event, and LinkedIn marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Devise and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

Craft compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, tailored for various social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Utilize social media analytics tools to measure performance metrics, track ROI, and identify areas for optimization.

Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, and internal gatherings.

Oversee all facets of event logistics, from venue selection and vendor coordination to budget management and on-site execution.

Develop event marketing materials such as invitations, promotional emails, signage, and presentations.

Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with marketing objectives.

Analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation, providing comprehensive post-event reports and insights.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance data, refining strategies for future optimization.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in event management and social media management.

Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and outreach, particularly on LinkedIn.

Thorough understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement best practices.

Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail, adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record in event planning and execution.

Previous experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management is advantageous.
