This is a part-time position with a pay of $18.00/hour.
Amro Music is looking to add a dynamic, hard-working member to its team as a part-time driver. The driver should expect 6-8 trips a month, with some potential for extra as-needed deliveries.
This individual will work closely with Amro's sales representatives and inventory control manager to ensure customers have the instruments and supplies to be successful. This would include loading, unloading, and delivering musical instruments to Amro's sales representatives, and occasionally, to schools.
Each day would begin and end at Amro Music, ensuring items for each day's deliveries are safely and securely loaded and unloaded. Frequent destination points would include Nashville, Paducah, Tupelo, Little Rock, and Jackson (MS and TN).
The ideal candidate would be a dependable individual with the ability to creatively solve problems when they arise. They must have a valid driver's license, be able to safely operate a company-owned van, and successfully pass a background check. They must be able to drive and back up a trailer, should the need arise.
