The Purpose of Your Role
The H&W Client Data Analyst is a key member of the Health & Welfare (H&W) Platform Migrations team that services our clients. The role provides for the ability to work in a growing Health & Welfare offering, access to scalable technology while continually enhancing your knowledge of the H&W benefits administration landscape.

Responsibilities
The Expertise We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
- 3+ years of professional experience (and proven competence, depth, and breadth)
- Prior client implementation and\or platform migration experience a plus
- Prior data analytics and data exchange (inbound and outbound files) experience (SQL skills required)
- Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- SQL
