Join our team! We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Admissions Officer for our Shreveport Campus. We are seeking individuals with a passion for positively changing people’s lives with quality training. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment. Excellent customer service, organizational and computer skills are required properly represent one of the largest accredited truck driving schools in the country.

A top truck driving school in Louisiana and Arkansas, Diesel Driving Academy offers an industry praised truck driver training program available in Baton Rouge, LA, Shreveport, LA and Little Rock, AR, and surrounding areas. Our training programs are designed to provide you with the skills and endorsements major transportation companies are looking for in their drivers. Diesel Driving Academy offers both daytime and evening classes for your convenience.
Experience / Job Requirements
- Customer service, school admissions or sales experience a plus
- Contact prospective students to arrange campus tours
- Handle numerous incoming calls from prospective students
- Interview prospective students for enrollment
- Maintain positive and productive contact with active students to encourage retention and graduation
- Attend Career and Job Fairs
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Medical, Dental, and Life
