Job Summary

A Supply Chain Administrator in the Worcester, MA area is needed for a multinational power management company. The Supply Chain Support Administrator is responsible for various tasks including data entry, order management, vendor correspondence, and compliance management to ensure the efficiency of supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Enter approved Purchase Orders into ERP system (AS400) for MRO.
  • Input New Products into ERP system (Lotus Notes).
  • Update existing files for price and part updates as instructed (AS400).
  • Support replenishment method through KB cards and Blanket order requiring the entering of Purchase Orders and PO releases in the ERP system (AS400).
  • Track and update all open PO's report for incoming material (Excel).
  • Manage Purchasing folders for PO confirmations, shipment notifications, and vendor correspondence (Lotus Notes).
