Job Description A Fulltime Document Scanning Clerk Position is open at our location in downtown Manhattan. Preferred Experience: Experience in a high-volume production environment Primary Responsibilities: Prepare paper documents to be scanned removing staples, binder clips rubber bands, unfold bent pages. Make scan ready. Process electronic documents received on CD’s, thru client emails or downloaded from an internet portal. Ensure proper image quality, that there are no missing documents. Resolve any quality problems as required. Must be able to lift 20-40 pounds. Skills: Must be able to recognize and question work tasks that may require management’s attention. Must be high organized and detail oriented. Must be a team player and work with others to reach common goals. Must also be able to work independently without supervision. Must have basic Microsoft Windows skills. Must have strong technical aptitude. Experience with high-speed production scanners is a plus Benefits and perks include: Healthcare that fits your needs
