TRC’s client is an established insurance company that provides various product lines such as home, auto, farm, commercial, marine, personal property, and more. They're looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team in the Raleigh, NC area.

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

• Route incoming calls and maintain the office directory; communicating directly with different departments and Human Resources when changes occur.
• Greet and direct policyholders, agents, and other visitors.
• Take payments from policyholders.
• Assist the Human Resource department with mass mailings, filing, spreadsheets, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Maintain proper retention of I-9 forms.
• Updating spreadsheets every pay period.
• Assisting with special events and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Stay current with insurance and federation department description, procedures, and calendars to better assist and direct callers and visitors.
  
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in an independent setting.
• Must possess strong data entry, analytical problem solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to work in-office in Raleigh, NC.
