About This Role

We’re hiring a Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to join our growing talent acquisition team. Working under the Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating and posting requisitions, reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, and creating brand awareness at career fairs and events. Your recruiting efforts will focus on design engineering and construction project management talent but also encompass other types of roles, from field craft to executive-level personnel. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and be supported by the regional recruiting team and third-party recruitment firms to broaden our corporate recruiting capacity.

  • This contract position is anticipated to run through late fall/early winter 2024. Extension of this contract or conversion to permanent status depends on recruiting volume and satisfactory performance

What You'll Do

  • Work with the Senior Corporate Recruiter to build/maintain the recruiting processes
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of skilled and experienced candidates for our design and project management teams, as well as all other field, administrative, and executive teams
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking software (iCIMS)
  • Source candidates via the company website, online job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, career fairs, etc.
  • Maintain a database of job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate assessments
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, department leads, and stakeholders
  • Conduct phone screens and virtual and in-person interviews
  • Collaborate with recruiters from sister companies and regional recruiting leads
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
  • Learn, embrace, and effectively communicate to candidates our company culture, mission, and values
  • General administrative functions as they relate to recruiting Support initiatives to create marketing collateral as it relates to recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with third-party recruitment firms to broaden our recruitment capacity

What You'll Bring

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking software
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Experience recruiting for professional and/or field/labor positions
  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate a sometimes-ambiguous environment, as well as areas of undefined process or structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel short-term to recruiting events
  • Ability to generate creative and effective solutions for the challenges of recruiting in today’s market
  • Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $45.00/Hr. - USD $55.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
