Nashville General hospital is hiring for a Department Secretary for Radiology School as a full time job in Nashville, Tennessee.
This position is responsible for managing incoming calls and handle inquiries from potential candidates for the School of Health Sciences, which includes Radiologic Technology, CardiographicTechnician, CT and MRI Preceptorships, and Advanced Placement programs. Responsibilities include correspondence with applicants, collecting and filing admissions documents, and collecting program fees. This position requires professionalism, discretion, judgment, tact, poise, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic computer skills required.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, primarily radiology.
- Three years of clerical/secretarial experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accepting direction on assignments.
