Optimal Home Care is looking for our next Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health team and we are offering a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time!
YOU can make a difference as a Physical Therapist in the community by helping our senior citizens maintain their independence in their home. Optimal Home Care is a locally owned Home Health company that was established in 2004 by two best friends.

About The Position
Optimal is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who holds a passion for improving patients’ quality of life in the comfort of their placement.
As a Physical Therapist You Will
- Comply with ethical and professional standards of conduct as set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Assess each patient and developing an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
- Demonstrate treatment skills that are rooted in evidence-based practice guidelines while balancing both patient and provider expectations and needs
- Optimal pays per visit
- Holds an active license and can practice in the state of Colorado
- Preferrable at least six months to one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in Home Health
- Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
