Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive leader with a solid grasp of mechanical systems, who can steer projects to successful completion while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Efficiently manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Technical Tools: Skillfully use project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project to monitor project progress.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, encouraging their growth and development.
• Client Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and they are regularly updated on project progress.
• Quality and Compliance: Enforce strict quality controls and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in managing mechanical construction projects, with a background in sectors such as hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong capability with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Local Insight: Ideal candidates will be from Hawaii or ready to relocate from the west coast with a stable career background.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with well-known mechanical contractors is a plus.
