Service Assembler / Technician - #1340403

The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining upper or lower limb

prosthetics. In this role, every day is an opportunity to directly help someone. This position

requires multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail and a

'customer first' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, calibrates and maintains upper or lower prosthetics.
• Performs component testing protocols for quality assurance.
• Provides technical assistance to customers regarding repair issues, estimates, product
  
  

knowledge and compatibilities.

• Offers guidance to customers on repair decisions.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and
  
  

thoroughness.

• Follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to
  
  

improve performance.

• Shows dependability by being to work on time and plans requests for time off ahead of
  
  

schedule.

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Promotes and personally
  
  

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• General mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting and repair experience a

Experience

1-4 years

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related technical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of computer experience; must confidently operate a computer and
  
  

have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. ERP systems (like SAP) experience a plus.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and inspection equipment.
• Hand-eye coordination required.
