Orca Security is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will help oversee both the company's marketing operations program as well as its demand generation processes, bringing creative solutions for pipeline creation, improving ops/automation, and campaign attribution. Orca's Marketing Operations Manager will be tasked with the day-to-day management of many of our digital marketing processes including email marketing, SFDC campaign creation/tracking, and lead lifecycle management. The role will work closely with our sales, BDR, and product groups in order to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

Orca Security is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs that support our larger go-to-market efforts
- Ensure timely lead follow up & tracking in coordination with BDR/SDR leadership
- Maintain lead and opportunity lifecycle tracking within our automation tools and CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment for marketing initiatives
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote product adoption
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign and pipeline performance across the organization
- 4+ years related experience in marketing operations & demand generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, web/SEO, and social media
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs like Salesforce
- Exceptionally strong project management skills
- Experience with Marketo Engage
- HTML/CSS skills
- Adobe creative suite experience
- Working CMS experience
- Previous B2B SaaS software experience (cybersecurity is a plus too!)
- Strong writing skills
- Agility or Kanban project management experience
- Experience working with marketing vendors
- Fully remote if not located in the Portland metropolitan area
