Position: Medical Assistant Coordinator

As a Medical Assistant Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and implementing patient care plans, offering unwavering support to caregivers and families with empathy and patience. From assisting with prescription refills to deciphering lab results and maintaining sensitive patient records, you'll be the friendly face and dependable guide for our patients throughout their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care plans with a focus on empathy and attention to detail.

Provide support to caregivers and families, offering guidance and assistance as needed.

Assist with prescription refills, lab result interpretation, and confidential patient record-keeping.

Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying patience, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.

Utilize software applications for data entry and client information management.

Participate in new hire training and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Previous healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with superior communication skills.

Comfortable navigating EMR/EHR & CRM systems and other software applications.

Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address patient needs efficiently.

Commitment to meeting individual and team goals while prioritizing continuous self-development.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and adhere to company policies.

Additional Qualifications

Clinical Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
