Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Interact daily with children and parents to provide quality customer service.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum ideas.
• Communicate with parents about their children’s progress and adventures through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certificate.
• 1-2 years of previous teaching experience preferred.
• Completion of state-required pre-service training.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to manage stressful situations professionally while multitasking.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for handling children and ensuring their safety, especially for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers.
