Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes new customer set ups, start to finish
  • Maintaining customer file updates as needed/requested.
  • Maintaining customer submission portals and price books.
  • Performs collections of outstanding receivables by working with customers and sales department.
  • Monitors status of customer receivables, including customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line.
  • Reconciles customer accounts and generate statements for customers as needed
  • Prepares and presents weekly receivable aging analysis
  • Protects organization's value by keeping records and information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.

Experience / Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Some College Preferred) with at least 3-4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, and or administration.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software.
  • Proficient in data entry and management.
  • Proficiency using MS office applications, including Word and Excel (Intermediate level).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on timelines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to handle/feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel; international and domestic travel may be required at times and with short notice.
